2023 Fall Baseball League

 

Objectives:

To give kids additional baseball playing experience in the fall season. To provide a league that allows kids to enjoy the game of baseball. To promote a league that encourages sportsmanship & teaches good values of sports. To teach kids the fundamentals of baseball & to help them in their development as players.

 

Mission:

The mission of the P.B. Roche Fall Baseball League is to provide young baseball players an opportunity to participate in a league that allows enjoyment, teamwork, and sportsmanship, which are integral components of athletics and compliments the goals of the P.B. Roche Memorial Baseball Facility for Kids.

 

Cost: $110 per player 

 

Tryouts & Draft

August 5th

Division I (Ages 9-10): 8-9:30am

Division II (Ages 11-12): 10:30am-12:30pm

Division III (Ages 13-15): 1:00pm-2:30pm

Everyone WILL make the league! Players can come anytime during their designated division time. Each tryout will only take about 5 minutes per player. NO REQUESTS OF TEAMS OR PLAYERS TO PLAY WITH WILL BE ACCEPTED! Team members will be contacted by their head coach following the selection of teams. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT LEAGUE OFFICE.

 

Regular Season

August 19th- September 23rd

All games are played on Saturdays at the GEYL complex; each team will play approximately three double-headers during the season.

 

Tournament

Saturday and Sunday September 30 and October 1; Double elimination format

 

Uniforms

A jersey and hat will be provided for each player by the league.

 

Practices

Practice times and locations will be determined by each coach. No requests of practice times or locations can be accepted.
